Return & Refund Policy
1. Right of Withdrawal (Physical Products)
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.
To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing (via email to: [insert your email]) and return the item within 14 days from the date of withdrawal.
2. Conditions for Returns
The product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Returns are not accepted for products that have been activated or personalized (e.g., The Source Card after NFC activation).
3. Exclusion of Withdrawal Right (Digital Content)
There is no right of withdrawal for digital products (such as activations, video/audio content, AI guidance) once access has been granted or the content has been downloaded or activated.
By purchasing digital content, you agree that access may begin immediately and withdrawal is not possible after delivery.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund within 14 days using the same payment method originally used.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, you must notify us within 8 days of delivery.

In such cases, we will cover all return and replacement shipping costs.
