1. General
These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through the website of SOURCE ENERGY Ivan Lah s.p., Puhova ulica 3, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia (hereinafter referred to as “the provider”).
By placing an order, the customer confirms they are familiar with and accept these terms in full.

  • digital activations (video, sound, AI guidance),

All product images and descriptions are symbolic. Products do not serve as medical devices or guaranteed spiritual tools.

4. Prices and Payment
All prices are in euros (EUR).
The company is not VAT registered and VAT is not charged in accordance with Article 94 of ZDDV-1.

Accepted payment methods:

  • credit or debit card
  • Revolut
  • PayPal (if available)
  • pre-invoice (manual bank transfer)

The provider reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

5. Order Process
The customer selects a product and proceeds through the checkout.
After the order is placed, the customer receives an email confirmation.
A sales contract is concluded upon confirmation of the order by the provider.

6. Delivery and Shipping
Products are shipped within 5 business days after payment is received, unless marked as pre-order (e.g., available from August 17, 2025).
Digital content is delivered via NFC activation or direct link.

7. Right of Withdrawal
Customers have the right to return physical products within 14 days of delivery.
Products must be unused and in original packaging.
There is no right of withdrawal for digital content (activations, audio/video, AI guidance) once access has been granted.

8. Disclaimer
The provider is not responsible for the malfunction of NFC functionality due to the customer’s device.
The products are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any physical or mental condition.

We respect your privacy and protect your personal data in accordance with GDPR.

10. Changes to Terms
The provider reserves the right to modify these terms without notice.
Changes become effective once published on the website.

11. Dispute Resolution
